1. Sign in to the Inventry Console for the school that the record is created at.
  2. Go to Personnel and click Records on the left hand menu.
  3. Find and select the staff member and click options and then edit in the top right hand side of the screen.
  4. Now change the Auto Code slider to On. 
  5. Now when the member of staff signing in by finding there record at the main sign in point at their school they will be asked to scan their card. 


If it is a member of West, their main unit is at the entrance to West main office at Morley.
