If you wish to add Microsoft Planner to the main window in teams please follow this guide

  1. Open Microsoft Teams,
  2. Click on the three dots on the left-hand side at the button of all the buttons, and type Planner in the search box
  3. Right click on the Planner icon and click Pin.
  4. This will then add Planner to on the left-hand side for you.
