To create a voice profile:

  1. In Teams, select Settings and more Generic Ellipsis button > Settings Settings button > Recognition.

  2. Select Create voice profile.

  3. Make sure your mic is selected from the device dropdown menu.

  4. Select Start voice capture and read the text.

    Start a voice capture in Teams settings. 

    Tip: Record your voice profile in a quiet location, using a high-quality microphone for best results.

  5. Select End voice capture when you're done.
