If you are sent an email that maybe a risk to the college it will be filtered and put into a Quarantine. The Baracuda system will then send a email to yourself warning you this has been done. The email will look like the image below.



If you believe this email to be safe and a email you are expecting you can remove it from Quarantine and have it delivered to you email address. To do this please click on the Deliver option on the email you have been sent.


You will be then taken to a web page that looks like the image below.



To login and release your email please enter your work email address and then click Next. You will then be asked to enter your work password, this is the password you use to log onto computers and your emails.



Once you are logged in you will see a list of all the emails that have been blocked and put into quarantine. 



You then need to click on the white box next to the email you wish to release and then click Deliver.



If you then go back to your normal emails you will see the email has been delivered to you.
