If you need to use the Inventry Console within your role please follow this guide to use it.


1. Open the "Software Center" from your Start Menu


2. On the main screen look for a peace of software call "Inventry Console Install" and click on it.


3. When you see the next screen click on the Install button. You will know it is done when the button turns from "Install" to "Uninstall", Now you will need to restart your laptop/computer.


4. Now go back to your Start Menu and look for the "InventryConsole" shortcut and click on it.


5.  When the software loads you will see a login screen. Click on the Settings button at the buttom of the screen


6. On the Settings screen please change the "Use Active Directory Single sign on" to On and click save.


7. Then you will be taken back to the logon page. Now close the software by clicking on the X in the top right hand side and then open the software again. This time if you have been given access permissions you will be automatically logged in.
