Please follow the guide below on how to logon as an Agent for the first time.

Goto Sign into : Westcountry Schools Trust (freshdesk.com)
Clink on "Login Here" at the bottom of the logon page.
Now enter you username and then click on the "Forgot Password" link, just under the password box.
Again enter you email address and Freshdesk's will send you over a link to set your password.
