Call RICOH on 01604 814900 to log a call - this can also be used to chase updates

Tech Support: Opt 1

Fault reporting: Opt 2

Give serial number to automated service

Ask for support / describe issue / ask for agent

Ensure to ask for Incident reference number as they do not provide unless asked.

Also ensure to give on site contact details in case any further information is required.
