If you've been granted access to another user's OneDrive, you can follow these steps to access their files:

- Check Your Email – If the user shared a folder or file with you, you should have received an email invitation. Click the link in the email to open the shared content.
- Sign in to OneDrive – Go to OneDrive and sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Access Shared Files – Click on "Shared" in the left-hand menu. Here, you'll find all the files and folders that have been shared with you
